About Us
Having moved to Australia 12 years ago, founder and chef Hannah started her journey in hospitality for her love of food. Discovering that identity and community was important to her as much as making delicious food, the pre-journey of Crackle Bae started with building up a strong presence in the Vietnamese community in Victoria.
Crackle Bae has become Hannah’s latest endeavour, where a focus on Melbourne’s busy corporate district as an expanded audience, as well as more catering, is all about expanding the awareness, the importance and the joy of Vietnamese street food - done easy, fresh, deliciously and just simple, like it’s done in Vietnam.
At Crackle Bae, the combination of fresh ingredients, authentic recipes, and identity is a celebration of Vietnamese culture, where food has brought people together for centuries - that is what Hannah and the team strive to do with Crackle Bae.
